About Gisborne Dog Training Club

This club was first incorporated in 1971.  It is run by volunteers who share a passion for dog training and helping humans to train their dogs.

We have a committee, comprising of 10 members.  Committee meetings are held regularly.

An annual general meeting is held in March/April each year.  Our AGM will be advertised on Facebook and here on our website.  To hold a position within the committee, you must first be a member of the Club and volunteer to run at least one Basic Obedience Training Course per year.  Training can be given to run this course.

If you are interested in joining the Gisborne Dog Training Club, membership is $30 per annum per individual.  Should you wish to join as a family, the cost is $35.  Instructing Members - those running a training session per year $25 per annum.  Membership entitles you to discounts on club courses, and access to the members page on this website.
